We are optimistic as even

Retailers : your customers will buy what they need now not what they want, so to increase the chance of your brand to sell, you need to know what they need. On the other side, data could help retailers forecast what they should produce.

Customer: consumer behaviors are settling into a new normal as the pandemic changes how much we earn and how we think (new mindset) and rearranged our priorities even in shopping as brand loyalty had been struck. The pandemic had led us back to the big recession where the decision of buying will be validated through more factors that it used to, shifting them to buy their needs instead of wants.
